Paneer : 250 gm
Chicken : 200 gm
Onion : 1 no
Capsicum : 1 no
Dry red chillies : 5 nos
Tomato : 4 nos
Garlic : 4 cloves
Coriander seeds : 1 ½ tsp
Cumin seeds : ½ tsp
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Pepper powder : 1 tsp
How to Cook Paneer Chicken Curry
Clean the Chicken and Cut into pieces, Remove Bones or Buy Boneless Chicken
Mix chicken pieces with ½ tsp turmeric and ½ tsp chilli powder and cook it.
Take a fry pan and keep it on stove , Heat little oil., Add onion, capsicum, paneer and fry
Add chicken slices and fry again.
After Frying Switch of the Stove and keep it a side.
Make a paste of cumin, coriander powder, tomato, garlic, red chillies and turmeric.
In the pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add the paste and fry well
Add the fried paneer mixture, water and cook the masala well.
Serve it on Chapathi, Roti..
