1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Chick-pea flour
2 Cups Ghee
How to Make Mysore Pak in Home
1.Slightly Roast the Besan ( Gram Flour) until turn light brownish color and transfer it to big bowl and keep a side until it cools.
2. Take a Bowl and Add Water and Sugar in it and make it Heat in a low flame and Once it dissolves, Increase the heat Stir it and allow it to come to boil.
3.Add Slowly Gram Flour (besan) and stir to mix well. Continue till all the Gram flour is added and Mix well untill it mixed While adding Add the Ghee to get tasted.
4. After Mixed Every thing Take a Greased Plate and add the Whole Mixture into it and make it even to entire plate.
5. Leave it until it cools after Cut and Serve a Yummy Yummy Home Made Mysore Pak
