2 lbs boneless chicken
1 cup Flour
1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup milk to mix
1 to 2 tbsps cooking oil
1/2 spoon Baking Powder
How to Prepare Chicken Balls?
Clean the Chicken and Cut boneless chicken into 1 inch cubes and set aside.
Take one Bowl Add Flour, Baking Powder, Pepper and Salt Mix it after add eggs and mix well until comes smooth.
Drop diced chicken into batter to coat the chicken.
Fry the chicken pieces in hot cooking oil
Remove and Take it into Bowl with Paper towel to remove access Oil.
Serve with Sauce or chutney even we can eat directly.
